
We noticed the first lambs in the fields. And where there are lambs, can swallows, cuckoos, warmth and, best of all, ‘New Season Lamb’ signs in butchers’ shops be far behind?

Hmm noticed some young lambs at the farm down the road the other day…didn’t have the camera with me. These sheep are cinnamon brown with a black face, the lambs for the most part are dark brown…and full of life. Sprinting and jumping about the field, aggravating their elders. I think they are Clun Forest
